10 обычных вещей, которые нельзя делать в космосе
Работа космонавтом очень трудная. И дело не только в перегрузках во время полетов – это еще пол беды. Очень сложно в невесомости, когда тебе приходится отказываться от многих привычных вещей. Давайте разберем, что из обычных радостей землянина в космосе делать нельзя.
Нельзя спать на обычной кровати
Ведь в невесомости ты «летаешь»! Да и мягкие кровати с подушками тут не нужны – веса же нет. Поэтому космонавты просто пристегиваются к специальным спальным мешкам, прикрепленным к стене. И спать, буквально, приходится стоя.
Нельзя пить воду с газом
Газированная минералка – это не для космонавтов. Дело в том, что на Земле у человека есть нормальная отрыжка газов. А в космосе эта отрыжка происходит вместе с водой – можно захлебнуться.
Нельзя выходить в открытый космос без подгузников
Космонавты – прям, как малыши. Никаких прогулок без подгузников! На самом деле, у космонавтов, действительно, есть проблемы с туалетом. Нет силы тяжести, которая дает сигнал человеку, что все емкости в организме заполнены и пора посетить вотерклозет. Поэтому по инструкции космонавтам запрещено выходить в открытый космос без подгузников.
Нельзя просто так съесть булку
Обычные мучные изделия у космонавтов запрещены. И дело вовсе не в беспокойстве за фигуру. Типа, мол, наелся пирожков, тебе нужно в открытый космос, а скафандр не налезает! Опасность представляют крошки, которые разлетаются по кораблю. Они могут попасть в дыхательные пути и это очень опасно!
Поэтому из мучного на космических кораблях только микро-хлебцы. Они буквально на один раз. Их не откусываешь, а сразу засовываешь в рот всю «буханку».
Нельзя писать ручкой
Чернила в шариковой ручке подаются под действием силы тяжести. В невесомости ее нет, поэтому и писать такая ручка не будет. Поэтому космонавты пишут специальными карандашами.
Заварить чай в обычном чайнике
Вода в космосе при нагреве ведет себя необычно. Во-первых, банально, недостаточно давления. Поэтому кипеть вода будет всего при 85 градусах. Во-вторых, у нас на Земле вода бурлит, слои воды вращаются. Соответственно, прогреваешь чайник снизу, а вода кипит вся. В космосе вода будет кипеть лишь там, где ее нагревают.
В космосе нельзя увидеть мерцания звезд
Здесь все просто. Мерцание звезд – это искажение их излучения в атмосфере Земли. Все молекулы воздуха находятся в непрерывном движении. Пока свет пройдет через всю толщину молекул воздуха, он много раз исказится.
космосе, конечно, тоже есть молекулы, например, частичек пыли. Но концентрация их близка к нулю и свет звезд ничего не искажает.
Дезодоранты под запретом
На орбите увеличивается приток крови к голове, и, соответственно, носу. Они становятся более чувствительными. И реакция на любые духи меняется – резкие запахи причиняют болезненные ощущения. От простого «пшика» может сильно разболеться голова.
А вот восприятие пищи меняется ровно наоборот. В космосе даже переперченный харчо будет казаться пресным бульоном. Поэтому пищу космонавтам делают острой, насыщенной специями.
Нельзя неправильно питаться
Всем нельзя, но космонавтам в особенности. Рацион космонавтов продуман до мелочей вовсе не из-за прихоти какого-то безумного зожника. Обмен веществ в космосе меняется. А из-за специфической нагрузки (точнее, ее отсутствия) у человека меняется потребность в микроэлементах и витаминах.
По советским стандартам, космонавты должны есть около 2 800 ккал в день (финальная калорийность зависит от габаритов). 20% приходится на белки, 25% – на жиры, остальное – углеводы. И обязательно специальный витаминный комплекс.
Нельзя без фитнеса!

Конечно, упражнения полезны всем, но космонавтам они жизненно необходимы. Мы же, даже при сидячем образе жизни, постоянно нагружаем много мышцы. Просто, чтобы держать тело во время ходьбы, у человека активно работает пресс, спина и т д. А у космонавтов этого нет и без физических нагрузок мышцы быстро атрофируются. И так просто на Земле не восстановятся, а значит последствия могут быть необратимыми.
